Cookies are widely used on most major Web sites. efrock mostly uses "session" cookies, which are removed from your computer once you leave efrock. However, efrock also uses persistent cookies to personalise the user experience, to help protect our members and to provide us with research information (such as how often members visit efrock each month). Persistent cookies allow us to track users on efrock and help us identify users abusing the efrock service. 9. We do not ordinarily link a user's I.P. address to personally identifiable information of that user, which means each user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. However, we can and will use I.P. addresses to identify users of our site when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our site's terms of use or terms of service, or to protect our service, site, or other users. PLEASE NOTE: Under certain circumstances, I.P. addresses and/or domain names may be linked to personally identifiable information, when said information is stored in databases managed by Internet registrars or registries. 12.
